As the founding member of Yale Realty and Capital Advisors, James oversees final packaging and underwriting of all projects before they go to market or for financing; and personally heads the brokerage operations. James Cook entered the MH and RV asset class in 2005 with a listing of a small hybrid community in North Florida, where he grew up. After discovering the stability and demand of the asset class, James decided to build a practice around it. In 2007, he began focusing exclusively on brokering institutional MH and RV communities. Over the last decade, James has closed roughly $800M in sales production in the space. In 2012, he launched Yale Realty & Capital Advisors as a fully integrated financing and brokerage shop. Today, Yale Capital Advisors is estimated to be the fastest growing financing shop in this niche having closed $400M in loans in the last four years. Earlier this year, Yale Realty Advisors hired a West Coast Director and a Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Director, and now serves most of the nation from one of its regional offices in Chicago, DC area, LA, and Miami.
As the Head of Lending Operations for Yale Realty & Capital Advisors, Chris oversees and facilitates the placement of commercial real estate mortgages on investment grade, income producing real estate from $1m to $100m+, with a focus on Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Resorts, Self-Storage Facilities, and Multi-Family properties. In 2012, Chris assisted James Cook in launching the Yale Advisors company, with a personal focus on starting the Capital division. His focus was not only to provide debt-arrangement services, but to also provide a thorough analysis of investor properties in order to identify inefficiencies, and prepare the property for either sale or financing. The Yale Capital division is now the fastest growing financing firm that is focused on the niche of MHC's and RVP's, and continues to place mortgages across all of the available financing channels, including local banks and credit unions, CMBS, Life Insurance companies, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. During his oversight of the financing department, the company has secured financing for over $400m in loans. Chris received his Bachelors of Science with a double major in Finance & Real Estate from Florida State University.
As the Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic, Harrison focuses on new business development for the brokerage and lending divisions. He joined Yale as an Underwriter in August 2016, while awaiting results from the July examination of the Florida Bar. After being admitted into the Florida Bar in October 2016, Harrison accepted an increased role as the Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic with Yale. Since joining Yale, he has been responsible for underwriting nearly $100 million in brokerage and financing deals combined. Harrison continues to handle some of the underwriting duties, as well as being in-house counsel for the daily activities at Yale. Prior to joining Yale, Harrison held law clerk positions with multiple firms in South Florida in a variety of practice areas, such as white collar criminal defense, mortgage foreclosure defense, and business litigation. Harrison hold a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami.
As the Regional Director of the Western US, Ryan focuses on new business development for the brokerage and lending divisions. His 20 years of industry experience has included ownership and management positions in the development, investment syndication, asset management, property management, and construction fields. These activities included multi-family, office, retail, condo conversion and hotel properties, primarily in the southeastern US. His track record of profitable real estate investment ventures is valued at over $2 billion. Prior to Yale, Ryan signed an independent consulting agreement to represent Las Vegas based WCMF, Inc. as their asset manager for a multi-family, retail and commercial portfolio valued in excess of $150 million. He was responsible for maximizing the portfolio performance and value through acquisitions, dispositions, operations and implementing a long-range asset management fund strategy. In 2008, Ryan co-founded The Viridian Companies, a privately held real estate investment and development firm, where he focused on the management and coordination of the acquisitions, construction, development, sales, marketing and property management on all projects; he was also responsible for the creation and implementation of long-term strategic planning for Viridian and managing its growth through strategic financial planning. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, and a certificate in Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Justin believes that by solving problems and bringing expertise to clients that are making large decisions, that you aren’t really ‘selling’ as much as serving. He believes that by taking a more consultative approach to helping vs. ‘old school’ sales tactics, that you add value and build relationships on integrity and trust. This can lead to doing business with clients where EVERYONE wins! Justin’s home base is Atlanta, where his main sales territory is located and will be extending into the South & North Carolina markets, as well as Tennessee in the coming months and years.
As the Office Coordinator of Yale Realty & Capital Advisors, Ashleigh provides implementation and ongoing management of marketing campaigns, as well as directly providing client relationship management to the firm’s growing clientele. Since 2012, Ashleigh has been involved in the real estate industry in many capacities. She began working in property management for a large scale multifamily property in the Denver Metro area, which led to a career in residential real estate as a broker, and finally settled into marketing and client relationship management for Marcus & Millichap. During her time with Marcus & Millichap, Ashleigh worked alongside brokers who specialized in industrial, office and multifamily product types, with a large focus on the Colorado and Arizona markets. Ashleigh received a Bachelor of Sciences’ degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Denver, and continued her education at the same university for Graduate School with a focus on Public Administration.
