This analysis presents a comprehensive review of operating expense and revenue trends for 185 RV parks, comprising 28,470 sites across the United States from 2021 through 2024. By using weighted-average figures per site, we have tracked key cost categories such as insurance, off-site management fees, payroll, utilities, maintenance and supplies, general and administrative expenses, and taxes alongside revenue performance. Parks were grouped by size (fewer than 100 sites, 100–200 sites, and 200+ sites) to reveal how scale influences both expense control and top-line growth in this hospitality-oriented segment.
