He collects information pertaining to rent and sales comparables, income and expense data, and is tasked with identifying important market trends. Joe graduated Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University after three years, where he obtained a B.S.

degree in Finance and a Real Estate Analysis & Development Certificate. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing pick-up basketball, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins.
