Ken Schefler is the Regional Director for the Upper Midwest markets where he creates generational wealth for his long-term clients by listening to their needs and expertly guiding them through the acquisition, operation, and disposition of their communities over many years. Ken prides himself on his market knowledge. He intimately knows every MH & RV transaction in his region, enabling his buyers to invest in overlooked markets and his sellers to demonstrate value and achieve record pricing.

Ken graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Political Science. In his free time, he enjoys competing in triathlons (mostly for the post-race recovery cake).
